The waffle fries have always been my favorite type of fried potato. I ended up air frying this first batch, and I have to say it wasn't bad for a tater rookie in training. I had the potato sliced up in very little time as this cutter is very sharp. Using the criss cross method.I can't wait to use this again on potatoes, but in zucchini and other veggies out of out vegetable garden. Highly recommended for upping your tater game.
