This premium quality food grade stainless steel colander is perfect for washing small food items like rice, pasta, spinach and salad mix, mung beans, navy beans and pinto beans. I've used it to strain all sorts of fruits and vegetables as well.
Great for washing and draining fruits! The water drains out quickly, and the fruits stay inside without slipping through. Makes snack prep so much faster and cleaner!
I always hated rinsing rice before I got his. I used a mesh strainer and a bowl, and it was a pain. This makes it easy, I don't think it takes long for the rice to drain, some rice will get stuck on the holes, but it's easy to push out. I've also used this for rinsing fruit. It does have a hole so after using it I hang it on my cabinet next to the sink using a command hook!
Perfect for draining those small grains, like rice or grits. Very functional and easy to use. Didn’t have any issues cleaning and pretty much drain anything in this bowl. I love the price and how durable the bowl is!
