The air frier arrived, totally unbadged and far, far smaller than the one advertised. It came with a circular mesh insert that was far too big for the square glass unit. I provided a video of this complete misfitting mesh, but despite my many attempts to elicit an explanation from customer services, they insisted that it would fit if I bent it out of shape until it jammed in place. They even provided a video of a staff member doing just this!
I eventually insisted on a returns label and a full refund at their expense, and customer services then went through the usual charade of offering increasing percentage refunds. When I further insisted on a return they gave me a lengthy Chinese returns address despite the company “proudly” advertising themselves as being a “100% Australian Company”, and insisted that I should pay for returns postage despite this being contrary to UK consumer law. I eventually had to settle for a 45% refund to avoid ridiculous returns postage fees.
I would not touch this charlatan company again with a double length barge pole. They are a terrible internet scam of a company.
Switched from my old non-stick air fryer after reading about the coatings breaking down under heat. Food tastes cleaner now, and I feel way better knowing there’s nothing hidden getting into it. Didn’t realise how much that mattered until I changed.
I find the top glass doesn’t fully cover the top of the unit when u slide it in.
There’s a 1cm gap so lots of heat escapes. Not too bad now being winter but I can only imagine the heat it will pump out in summer
The grill plate is round not squared as shown on the site. The air fryer is actually smaller. I have contacted company on a number of occasions with no response. The air fryer is not what was illustrated on purchase invoice. Is is not a ChefSolutions air fryer. I am totally unimpressed. The grill is lopsided when in place. The free gifts of liners are wrong size and the oil sprayer is broken
I have emailed your customer service team regarding the grill that I did not receive for the air fryer but as yet I have not received any correspondence from you. Perhaps you can respond so I can either return the air fryer or receive the correct grill so I can actually use it.
Very disappointed there was no hard copy 'How to Use' and 'Cooking Guide/Recipes' for foods other than the rather unhelpful pictograms on the top. As a first-time air fryer owner, I'm a bit at sea and need guidance.
Also surprised the handle isn't better designed and insulated to accommodate arthritic hands which need better grip provision without a burn.
A lot of hot air wasted around the top of the glass vessel.
Overall, not impressed.
White in colour with the see through glass basket for cooking. That's great to see how food is progressing without opening up air fryer. Good size for small family, cooking for one person, so perfect. I am happy it's easy to clean after use. I let the basket cool and then put warm water and detergent in it to soak briefly, wipes out clean with soft dish cloth, no scrubbing.
Press the picture/button of food to be cooked, very easy. Option of lowering temp if need be or adjusting cooking time. I've mentioned it to a few people how easy it is to use and clean.

I’ve just received the air fryer I ordered and wanted to raise a few issues:
1. The wire rack supplied is circular, but the glass cooking basket is a rounded square shape. The rack doesn’t sit properly inside the basket — should the rack match the shape of the glass unit?
2. The cake‑cooking icon on the top right doesn’t illuminate fully; only half of the icon lights up.
3. The baking‑paper lining sheets provided are too large and don’t fit inside the glass basket.

You never answer your emails. My order arrived BROKEN and not one reply from many emails sent. I'm a very dissatisfied customer and want a refund or replacement!
Such a dodgy company you are, pretending like you care what I think but ignore all my attempts to contact you.

It arrived, but was way too small.
It only went up to 190 C. The controls were really minimal. I couldn't adjust the type of cooking, the temperature, the timing or anything.
As a result, I finished up with a half-cooked chicken fillet, which I had to throw out!
Never again.
Took a while to arrive, but did so and well packed and in good order, undamaged by transit. However, there were NO operating instructions to speak of, and the so-called 'user manual' has no more than a short list of times and temperatures for the pre-existing settings on the air fryer.
As a complete novice with air fryers, this is very disappointing because I expect to use if for a wider variety of cooking options than the presets suggest.
Next, the liners are way too big for this machine, and will have to be trimmed to fit, which is annoying.
Is there no comprehensive user manual or even an instructional video to introduce the machine?
Used it last night (after washing the jug) 'fries' preset to cook hash browns, but not very successfully. Had to add cooking time x 3, and turn the hash browns several times, and the were still not cooked through. Is there a bell or sound to indicate when (a) the unit is ready to cook and (b) cooking is completed?
The handle overheated and I had to use an oven glove to remove it from the machine.
Your advice would be welcome, otherwise I'll return the unit and liners and expect a full refund.
This is a good looking appliance, which does the job well. I love being able to monitor the cooking procedure without having to keep opening the drawer.
It is too small for our family. Cannot fit a whole chicken in it. Says 4.5 L more like 3L.
I wanted to return it for next size up but I had to pay the freight. Customer service not reasonable.
The air fryer is not of the quality I expected and I have tried emailing customer service three times (2, 8 and 15 July) using two emails addresses and I have had no response. Such a disappointing experience.

It is absolutely tiny, the pictures on the site heavily misrepresent that. The metal thing that goes in it doesn’t fit, it’s too big, the liners that are supposed to go in it fit the whole machine in them, not suitable for the basket. Very, very disappointed
It’s very very small not like the picture that has a whole chicken and vegetables in it. It’s the wrong colour I ordered black and it’s cream. It also took a very long time to arrive.
