Sent an item missing a part, have emailed your email address twice with no communication back. The Quality is appalling and you claim to be Australian owned for the item I order yet it arrived from oversea with no sender information and the packaging says overseas item can not be returned. I have disputed this charge with my bank and provided all the proff to the bank.
