I bought this Serving Bowl a few weeks ago and am very happy with it. It is perfect for entertaining guests, as it can keep food hot or cold for a long time. It is also straightforward to use, as you must inject water of the desired temperature into the double wall. It is large enough for a small family, and it can hold a variety of dishes, from dips and salads to soups and noodles. One of the best features of this bowl is that it can also be used for defrosting meat. I just put warm water inside the bowl and holes, which helps defrost the meat super fast. The bowl is also easy to clean, made of stainless steel, and has a non-slip and non-scratch base. It is also refrigerator and freezer-safe, which is very convenient. I highly recommend this Serving Bowl to anyone looking for a versatile, durable, and convenient serveware.
These bowls are awesome!! You can use either cold water or hot depending on the food you will be putting in the bowls. I used cold water then froze the bowls to freeze the water inside. The dips I made with mayonnaise stayed cold for hours in 90 degree weather.
Never knew this kind of bowl existed and am glad I stumbled on this.The bowl itself is of high quality, well made, and has a nice weight to it. The magic is the hollowed shell that you add water to then freeze to make the bowl super cold and stay super cold for a long time.I filled it up 3/4 from the top then froze overnight. The next day I used it for grapes and the bowl kept the grapes super cold and firm.
The bowls did exactly what they were supposed to do!! They kept my chicken salad and spinach dip nice and cold for hours, and were still cold when I put the food away. They are a nice quality stainless steel with a rubber base to prevent sliding while serving. They were very easy to fill with water and freeze
This is a great heavy duty mixing bowl. I have not tried it with hot water but yes, i used cold water for whisking heavy cream and it worked great. The cream remained its consistency for long. This is very useful mixing bowl. I also make fruit salad in this bowl and it stays fresh and cold for long period of time.
This is a nice quality cooling bowl in stainless steel that looks and feels substantial. It has a nice rubberized bottom so that it stays put and doesn't slide around the table. There are holes on the top edge of the bowl that you fill with cool water and then plug with the enclosed rubber plugs to retain the water inside the walls of the bowl.
Very useful, used it more than I thought. Well made product. It is effective in keeping cold, cold and hot, hot. Very happy with how long bowl holds temperature. Looks great too. Comes with 6 plugs for the holes to where you fill water. Holes are small though, but really isn’t to much of an issue as you can easily wipe dry before using or freezing. Just be sure to get right size.
Not only is it well-made, it solves a serious problem. Keep cold things cold without watering them down. Keep warm things warm with hot water inside or just through the double-wall insulation built into the bowl. This is easy to clean and BIG. I used it as an extra popcorn bowl in a pinch and it rose to the challenge. It's attractive so you can bring it to a dinner party or event and people will notice your extra effort.It comes with extra rubber bits to fill the holes, but if you lose them the bowl will still work (just don't spill the water inside).
