One didn’t work
One grinder worked beautifully however the other was difficult to “get going”. Finally it worked but not enthusiastically! I do like that all you need is to hold the grinder upside down and voila.
The salt grinder did not work and emailed chef solutions and no response. Terrible after sales service. Don’t buy from this company.
They look and work great. They take a lot of batteries would be my only complaint.
These grinders are great. No mess in my drawer anymore. Only draw back is that each one needs 6 AA batteries, hopefully the will last a while.
I’m hoping the ‘upside down’ design of this set will overcome the problem of salt grinds becoming moist in the grinder and then leaching back into the salt hopper between uses. So far so good!
They are great, easy to use and a must for every dining tabe.

Prior knowledge of the number of batteries required would be helpful, if you are not near shops it’s a long wait to try them out. 12 x AAA.is a lot! Otherwise they work well

I have had these before and they make life so much easier.
The only thing I don’t like is there is ground salt or pepper left on the top after using. It is a pain to keep the top of the shakers clean
Great product it took me a while to find a decent grinder .Couldn’t be happier with the product
