Ordered my dispenser on Monday and received it on Friday, the dispenser is so convenient and makes my kitchen look so much more aesthetic rather then using those ugly spray cans
Bought this for my husband who's the cook in our house and he absolutely loves these! He said they're so much lightweight to handle and convenient instead of hurling huge bottles of oil from the pantry to the cooktop. Best invention since sliced bread!

The sprayers and mat are awesome. They're the best things I've purchased for a while. I bought a set for my sister with a different colour top, so we both have a mixed set, they're great. Your delivery partner is not as good as other on-line shops. It took over two weeks to get my order and the communication was not as good as other places.
The fine spray of oil is perfect
This is from my first order and I love them. Recently I purchased another two for gifts but don’t think they’re the same quality. The spray lever and pour latch feel a little feeble
So glad I got both yellow and green - green for olive oil and yellow for vegetable oil. Great product!
The pouring spout has a cap that doesn’t seat after it has been lifted so it never seals properly. The spray applicator forms a drip of oil after every pump that either lands on the bench or runs down the side of the bottle. Really messy and disappointing at that price.

I think it is hard to see in the video but this item is supposed to send out a spray but it just squirts the oil so I might as well have saved my money (and quite a long wait for delivery, self assembly required) . I can get the same effect from drizzling oil from a bottle. This does not cut down on the amount of oil used. Very disappointed.
One of the dispensers arrived broken. I reached out to customer support 29 July 2026. They requested photos which were supplied. They agreed to replace the item once I confirmed the address. I confirmed the address on August 3 2026. It is now August 25 2026, there has been no replacement and no futher acknowledgement.
They don’t spray, they squirt
You only sent one bottle instead of two and the tube inside the one you sent is snapped. Terrible service...also the holder for the two bottles ordered appears different, seem to remember it being a wooden type of holder with two distinct spots for the two bottles, it looked nice...this item ordered is no longer appearing on your website and I was sent an ugly piece of rubber instead. I would like a full refund please... Would you like me to send your broken bottle and ugly piece of rubber back to you or Chuck in the bin?
Spray function comes out in two solid lines
No replying to emails regarding broken items on arrival. 2 emails I have sent and I have never heard back. At this point in time I cannot recommend your company.
I received my order of two oil vessels. The one with green lid works as advertised. Sprays perfectly, pours and when tipped doesn’t leak. The one with black lid didn’t spray, cap didn’t sit down like the green one. Hubby eventually got it to spray by shortening uptake tube a bit but lid still doesn’t sit down. When tipped it leaks. I’ve sent numerous emails and very saddened to say that there has been no satisfactory solution. I am now being ignored. I purchased these for a dear friend and had to purchase an alternative and that really sux. I didn’t wish to have to add a review like this but when you get ignored and have a faulty product that doesn’t function as advertised and no number to call what does one do?

I got this on offer and I’m gifting one to a friend. It’s absolutely brilliant. Super impressed. Spray and pours. Two in one design great. Holds a really good amount of oil. The photo doesn’t do it justice. Love the Smokey glass looks cool in my kitchen. Definitely recommend.
Works really well. Don’t hold too close to what you are spraying as my first squirt just dribbled. Thought I had made big mistake but just separated and it has been fantastic since. Having spray and pour in one bottle is fantastic. Also looks great in the tray on my bench.

Maybe answer my emails when I told you it arrived smashed to pieces. I’m about to contact the Ombudsman. I sent at least 4 emails to yourselves, Shop and Relay the couriers to complain and haven’t received a single reply from anyone. It won’t be long before I put a comment on Facebook to warn people about the poor service I have received
The product does not perform as they say don’t buy
The goods arrived almost a month after order placed and both oil dispensers were shattered. They were poorly packaged for glass containers and were not marked fragile. I have requested replacements or a refund.
Answer your damn emails that's for starters. You've been sent 5 emails with pictures of what is wrong and still no response just these stupid reviews well here you go!!!! REFUND!!!!!!
Supply the 2 I ordered, not just one
Picture showed different coloured lids & clear glass holder , I got 2 same black tops & olive colour glass , I did think I could tell difference from olive oil to veg oil if the had different tops that’s were I was disappointed

I bought 2 oil spray bottles, One arrived smashed the other one is fine. I have sent emails to the support team and not had a response after 2 week. I won't be using this company ever again. Disheartened customer here.

I have sent 3 emails about my broken smashed oil dispenser and I haven’t heard back from anyone.
I received 1 bottle with no straw part. Ive contacted your company twice via email and no one has replied. Would really like this rectified- feel like it would be an easy fix of just sending the straw part through the mail. I was so excited to use these. Ive been thinking about purchasing for a couple of years. Finally did it and very disappointed in the customer service.
Oil does not spray out of the black one. It squirts out in a stream and runs down the side.
I absolutely love it. Love the 2 options which is fantastic for bbq and stove. No mess no fuss. Absolutely fantastic.
